The EasyUSB MicPOD I / O interface is based on SmartMIC Vaddio ™ technology, a simple and less expensive approach to adding audio conferencing systems. As an interface between CeilingMIC microphones and any professional audio mixer, the internal DSP and echo cancellation can now be integrated into any manufacturer's audio mixing system.

Each CeilingMIC is equipped with a set of three electric condenser microphones positioned to achieve 360 degree audio capture. This unique technology relies on the microphone's ability to actively manage live room audio for gain and echo cancellation. Once detected, the microphone will adjust and mix to a single output. Because the intelligence is inside the microphone, you can use any audio mixer for your live collaboration applications and audio conferencing, achieving exceptional results.

The EasyUSB MicPOD I / O interface device allows the connection of up to four CeilingMICs, and since each input actually uses three microphones on three different channels, users can technically configure 12 microphones, each with independent echo cancellation and internal DSP. For installations requiring more than 12 CeilingMICs, simply add an EasyUSB MicPOD I / O to get another 12 channels.
