TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our partner courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this medium. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you a link to track your package online. The amount of transport costs is calculated automatically on the basis of the weight / volume ratio of the goods purchased or on the basis of existing commercial agreements.

Unless otherwise requested by the recipient, all our goods travel according to INCONTERMS 2020 CPT (carriage paid to) regulation for which the customer is responsible for the transport, even if paid and organized by the supplier. For this reason we recommend to customers and recipients to always affix the wording at the time of receipt of the goods RECEIVED WITH RESERVE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION on the paper document or on the electronic terminal that they sign to the courier, who is obliged to accept the request.

If the Customer and / or the recipient has not indicated the reserve at the time of collection, it will not be possible to open the claim file, even in the case of insured transport and it will not be possible to open a claim procedure against the courier.
In all cases, no complaints will be accepted beyond 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods.
If the Customer and / or the recipient collects the material on their own behalf or with their own courier agreement from AGM warehouses, € 5.00 + VAT will be charged as a contribution to handling and logistics costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Private customers:
If you want to change the purchased product or you are not satisfied, no problem! You have 14 working days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you want to return the product. You can request the exchange with other products for a total, equal to the amount spent or the refund of the products ordered in a single solution. If the amount spent is less than the total of the new products you are interested in, we will contact you to request a supplementary payment of the difference.

To make the return you simply have to:
- fill out the form to this LINK in all its fields, indicating in the subject field "request for return of goods" and in the Request.Supporto field the desired compensation: product exchange or refund;
- wait for the return authorization number (RMA)
- send the products via a courier of your choice or Poste Italiane to the address:

The only expenses you will have to bear are those of returning the purchased products.

Once your AGMULTIVISION has been received, AGMULTIVISION reserves thirty (30) days to provide for the replacement, refund or exchange of the products. In case of unavailability of the requested products, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Only return requests that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- items and packaging must be in their original condition;
- the items must be in the same state as when they were sent;
- the items must be equipped with all the accessories that are part of the original packaging (accessories, instructions for use, protective materials, etc.);
In the event that an item does not meet one of the listed requirements, you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund. In this case the returned item will be returned to you, with the shipping costs at your expense.

Logistics will not accept packages sent to be paid by AGMULTIVISION . The return shipping costs (except for errors attributable to the company) are charged to the customer.

The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the package, via PayPal or Gest-Pay for payment by credit card or by bank transfer for payment by bank transfer. AGMULTIVISION will not make any refunds until it has received the product in question and has checked its conditions; once the status of the product has been verified, if the above conditions are met, the administration will activate the refund procedures.
