Ownership of the site
The owner of the website https://shop.agmultivision.it/en/ is AGMULTIVISION SRL Unipersonale (hereinafter AGM) with registered office in via Calabria, 15 - 20054 Segrate (MI) (VAT number 04302850963, registration in the Business Register of Milan n.1739481), and is aimed at the sale of products and services online.

Applicable law
The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by articles from 45 to 67 "Consumer rights" of Legislative Decree no. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 in the field of electronic commerce. The sales contract stipulated between the Customer and AGM will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By placing an order according to the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the terms and conditions of use and payment transcribed below, as well as the general conditions of sale AGM. These terms and conditions of use, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and AGM. Therefore AGM invites you to carefully read these terms and conditions of use and the general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.

Purchase methods
The Customer can purchase the products visible at https://https://shop.agmultivision.it/en//, illustrated on the main page of the Site within the respective sections by product category and brand, as described in the relevant information sheets. The products published on the site, once the cart has been filled and passed to check-out, can be:

"Available for order", ie physically in the AGM warehouse or at the manufacturer and therefore can be ordered by the Customer.

"Pre-order available" In this case the product can be ordered by the customer even if it is not physically available in the AGM warehouse or at the manufacturer. AGM will order the item chosen by the Customer from its supplier. The time required for the receipt of these products by AGM varies between 5 and 30 Business Days.

In order to make purchases, the Customer must have an account registered on the Site, or he can decide to carry out a "quick check-out" without having to create a permanent account. When the purchase is made, the customer has the possibility to choose the delivery and payment method he prefers.
The acceptance of the order by AGM is confirmed by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer when registering on the Site, during the quick check-out or in the billing data in case they have been modified.

AGM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept the order. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness and truthfulness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any system errors to AGM.

The order confirmation email contains the following data:
- Order number and date
- Product (s), quantity, price
- Type of payment chosen
- Cost of Transportation
- Total order amount
- Prices

The sales prices of the products published on the Site do not include VAT.

Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the products not for purposes related to his professional activity) the territorial jurisdiction mandatory is the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy (Article 63 of Legislative Decree 205/2006). If the Customer is a company or a professional (i.e. a natural person who purchases the products for purposes related to his professional activity) any dispute connected to these Terms and Conditions of Use and to the General Conditions of Sale, will be devolved to the competence exclusive of the Court of Milan

Conditions
These Terms and conditions of use and the general conditions of sale will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by AGM.
Any changes and / or additions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the website https://https://shop.agmultivision.it/en//.
