VL-VB300-PRO – Integrated 4K AV Collaboration Bar: Unified Video, Audio, and Wireless Presentation for Meeting Spaces
The VL-VB300-PRO combines a high-quality 4K camera, advanced digital microphone array, and full-range stereo speakers within a single chassis, supporting streamlined AV deployments in modern meeting rooms and collaborative workspaces. Its all-in-one design minimises cable complexity and simplifies installation, while dual screen output and support for both wired and wireless presentation enable flexible content sharing. Compatibility with Windows, macOS, and leading UC platforms, alongside Xyte Cloud management, facilitates centralised device oversight for remote AV administrators. This unit supports scalable microphone extension and integrates AI-driven camera functions for dynamic hybrid environments.

• 4K Ultra-Wide Camera System: The integrated 4K camera features a 5x zoom, 120° field of view, and AI-powered auto framing. Speaker tracking, presenter tracking, and individuals gallery functions dynamically optimise video capture for hybrid meetings, ensuring all participants remain visible and in focus during collaborative sessions.

• Flexible Presentation Connectivity: Users may present content via cable or wirelessly using Windows, AirPlay, Miracast, or the KVM dongle (VL-DGL200). Dual screen output supports simultaneous display of shared content and video feeds, facilitating effective collaboration in conference rooms and multi-purpose AV environments.

• Stereo Audio with Enhanced Bass: Two integrated 8 W stereo full-range speakers, complemented by a HiFi-quality passive radiator, deliver clear audio output and enhanced bass response. This configuration supports intelligible speech and multimedia playback in medium-sized meeting spaces without requiring external amplification.

• Digital Microphone Array and Extension: An 8-element MEMS digital microphone array provides 8-metre pickup range and 180° coverage. The system supports up to five VL-MIC110 extension microphones, with built-in AEC (Acoustic Echo Cancellation), AGC (Automatic Gain Control), and ANS (Automatic Noise Suppression) for optimised voice capture.

• Integrated Control and Cloud Management: A built-in GUI enables local configuration, while compatibility with Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, and leading UC platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams ensures broad integration. Xyte Cloud management allows remote monitoring and administration of deployed units across multiple locations.
