FX-I630 – Active USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 Hybrid Cable: High-Speed Data and AV Signal Extension for Professional Installations
The FX-I630 integrates active USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 technology within a unidirectional hybrid cable structure, combining fibre for AV signal transmission and copper for power and data. Its robust full metal housing and gold-plated precision contacts provide mechanical durability and reliable connectivity in AV environments such as meeting rooms, control centres, and workspace deployments. With a compact 6.5 mm diameter and no requirement for external power, this cable supports streamlined routing through furniture, floor boxes, or wall conduits, addressing space and installation constraints common in professional AV setups. EMI resistance and low signal attenuation further enhance suitability for electrically noisy or long-distance runs.
Reliable Signal Extension for Demanding AV Environments
The FX-I630 supports stable, high-speed data and AV signal transmission across diverse professional settings. By combining active signal management, hybrid fibre-copper topology, and robust mechanical design, this cable enables reliable integration in installations where extended reach, EMI resistance, and compatibility with both modern and legacy devices are required.
FiberX - When Distance, Quality and Bandwidth are Essential
The hybrid construction, consisting of fiber optic and copper conductors allows significantly longer cable lengths than conventional USB copper cables. This is enabled by transmitting the USB data via fiber optics, which are free of electromagnetic influences / interference and is only supplemented by copper wires for the transmission of power. Due to this hybrid construction, the cables of this series are available for very long cable runs between 3.00m and 50.0m, all while being able to be used in complex environments.
