LoopMeeting App Reception

Room Booking Solution Reception Model (license only)

LoopMeeting has an option to run in Reception mode. (This requires a license). This is normally run a larger Android touchscreen. The size of the screen depends on how many meeting rooms you want to show on the reception mode screen. Typically 15 inch to 24 inch is suitable for Reception mode. If you mount the screen in portrait mode it will both look nicer and fit more rooms.

Prerequisites
The Roomconfig portal needs to be set up correctly and integrated with a calendar system. You will also need a valid Reception mode license. The service account must have “Full Access Rights” to the rooms you like to include in the Reception mode view.
